Sandfire has recently unveiled a new family and parent’s room at our Head Office in Perth.
Complete with a quiet feeding area, games, toys and lounge chairs, the space is comfortable and welcoming, enabling team members to bring their children into the office when needed.
We also introduced a peaceful breakout room for employees to use when they need some time away from their desk. These changes are part of our commitment to offer flexible working arrangements and support the health and wellbeing of our people.
