Meet Agatha,
Agatha has recently joined our Motheo team in Botswana as a Mining Engineer through our Graduate Development Program. This program provides graduates with a structured 24-month development plan which aims to enhance skills and knowledge through practical experience within their chosen field. The current program includes graduates from electrical engineering, metallurgy, mining, mechanical and geology.
The program has allowed Agatha to work across numerous areas including mine surveying and drill and blast. It has also seen her work with the team to ensure all mining processes are executed safely and economically.
Agatha’s enthusiasm for learning, together with her dedication to making a positive impact, has seen her excel in the program.
