Paz has been part of the Sandfire MATSA team for seven years and has recently been promoted to the role of Finance Director. In this position, Paz is responsible for the strategic and operational financial decisions at the MATSA operations.
With more than 20 years of experience, Paz has led various projects for different companies in the mining sector. Before she joined the team at MATSA, Paz worked in Spain, Canada, the USA and Africa.
Paz said her promotion to Finance Director has been an important career milestone for her.
“I feel honored for the trust placed in me by Sandfire, and for the recognition of the work I have done over the years.
