Sandfire is committed to upholding the fundamental human rights of our employees, the communities in which we operate, those within our supply chains and other stakeholders who may be impacted by our business activities.

Sandfire’s Human Rights Policy guides our approach to human rights. We seek to align our conduct with the United Nations’ Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, International Bill of Human Rights and the International Labour Organisation’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work. Our policy is applicable to our directors, employees and contractors.
