Sandfire is committed to collaborating with our stakeholders to deliver lasting, positive contributions to the communities where we operate. Education is one of four key pillars within our Motheo Community framework, and we were pleased to have recently donated twelve whiteboards to the local D’Kar Primary school in Botswana.
This donation is part of our commitment to improving educational outcomes for children within our local Botswana communities and will help to improve the quality of education students are receiving.
The donation was presented to the D’Kar chief, D’Kar school Head, PTA chairperson and The Ghanzi District Council building specialists.
