Juan joined the Sandfire MATSA team in 2008 and is currently celebrating his 15th Anniversary!
As an experienced Drill and Blast Operator, Juan’s skills have been vital to the training of the next generation of miners at Sandfire MATSA’s Aguas Teñidas, Magdalena and Sotiel mines.
Juan says he is grateful for the learning and development opportunities he has received in his time at Sandfire MATSA, and enjoys sharing this knowledge with his fellow colleagues.
Outside of work, Juan enjoys quality time with his family and says his passion is spending time in the countryside with his horses and other animals.
