In celebration of International Women’s month, the team at Sandfire Motheo hosted a panel discussion to facilitate conversation around diversity and inclusion in the workplace, and what this year’s theme of #CountHerIn means to them.
The discussion was insightful and inspiring, with participants Seonyatseng, Gaone, Khumo, Agatha and Batsile sharing their personal stories of empowerment and discussing the importance of being included in the decisions and conversations that impact them in the workplace.
