Emily is a Safety Officer at the Motheo copper project in Botswana.
As the Safety Officer, Emily is responsible for overseeing compliance with health and safety regulations, performing risk assessments, and implementing measures to prevent risks and establish a safe and secure work environment.
In 2021, Emily was able to contribute to the construction of the Motheo mine site, and the achievement of four million Lost Time Injury (LTI) free man-hours.
Outside of work, you can find Emily in her garden, travelling, or spending time with her family. She believes you should trust the timing of your life, and she is proud of her achievements to date.
