Tshegofatso is a Sampler at Sandfire’s Motheo Operations.
As a Sampler, Tshegofatso’s role involves collecting samples of materials, products, or data and ensuring they adhere to protocols and accurately reflect the overall batch.
Tshegofatso values the hands-on experience he has gained at Motheo, which he says has broadened his understanding of mining processes.
Outside of work, Tshegofatso enjoys listening to music, spending quality time with his family, and volunteering at his church as a way to give back to the community. His life motto, “give everything your best,” motivates him to deliver high-quality results in all his work.
