Meet Macarena,
Macarena works within our Environmental department at our Sandfire MATSA operations.
Originally starting her career in 2009 with MATSA as an Environmental Assistant, Macarena has progressed through to an Environmental Technician and is now responsible for numerous areas of sustainability and environmental management.
With a passion for environmental awareness, Macarena takes an active role in organising awareness initiatives for local schools and communities, and regularly participates in research projects which focus on environmental efficiencies.
Macarena says she is pleased to have seen the positive progress within sustainability over the recent years.
