Sandfire’s Board of Directors recently visited our MATSA Copper Operations in Spain.
The visit kicked off with a Strategy Day at our Seville Office, marking the first Board Strategy Day to take place at one of our international operations.
The Board and Leadership team then visited our MATSA Operations, including the most modern processing facility in the Iberian Pyrite Belt, and a 4.7Mtpa central processing facility that sources ore from three underground mines – Aguas Teñidas, Magdalena and Sotiel. A highlight of the visit was the opportunity for Directors to spend time with some of our impressive Spanish employees.
