Sandfire conducts annual employee engagement surveys to gather feedback to understand our employee’s perceptions of the company. This process helps to inform new initiatives to continually improve employee engagement.
Sandfire offers opportunities for further education support, which includes sponsorship for course fees as well as dedicated study leave.
