Meet Goabaone,<\/p>\n
As a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Officer at Motheo, Goabaone has a shared responsibility with other SHE Officers for implementing and maintaining the Sandfire safety policies and procedures on site.<\/p>\n
In her role, Goabaone assists colleagues and team members from other departments to understand and utilise safety related systems and monitor trends in Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) indicators.<\/p>\n
Goabaone is proud of her contribution to the development and implementation of Motheo\u2019s Occupational Health and Safety management system.<\/p>\n
\u201cBy allowing me to contribute to this system, Sandfire has supported me to make informed decisions concerning the safety of our people, and to ensure our employees understand it is everyone\u2019s responsibility to foster a safe working environment,\u201d Goabaone said.<\/p>\n
During her time off, Goabaone enjoys spending time with family and going to church.<\/p>\n
