For Paz Curto, Financial Director at Sandfire MATSA, diverse perspectives drive innovation and enhance the way we interact with our surroundings. She also emphasised the ongoing need to collaborate and continue striving for greater equality, reinforcing that a more inclusive approach leads to better outcomes for everyone.

In recognition of #IWD, the MATSA team demonstrated their commitment to diversity and inclusion by organising a photo exhibition showcasing women and the critical role they play in mining. The team also illuminated the office’s main building and the processing plant domes in purple.
