Yannarie

The Yannarie Project is located 250 kilometres northeast of Carnarvon on the west coast of Western Australia.

The Yannarie Project covers an inferred fault-bounded sub-basin which is part of the larger Bangemall Basin. The target for the Company is base metal mineralisation associated with the development of this sub-basin.

Sandfire has completed a low-level airborne magnetometer and spectrometer survey followed up by a target definition with geological mapping and geochemical sampling. Further geochemical work and some exploratory RC drilling are planned at this Project.

Further follow-up including geological mapping, geochemistry and extensions to the ground magnetic data is justified on what is an unusual, complex and discrete intrusive into the basement rocks.
